A new electrical system is required <br />bringing the system up to present day code requirements. <br />7. Inadequate support for porch roof. <br />8. Back stairs requires a handrail. <br />9. Roof is deteriorated. <br />The electrical service of this structure is not to be added to <br />at this time. The service is not adequate enough to carry anymore <br />of a load than it is presently wired for. The only way to alter <br />this service is by installing a completely new service with a <br />breaker box to insure the safety and welfare of future occupants. <br />
