NOTICE OF HEARING <br />Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held by the City <br />Planning Commission Board of Adjustment at the City Hall, Everett, <br />Washington at 10:3C A. M. Feb. 24, 1964 for the consideration <br />of the following: <br />Application from Peck and Merriwether, Seattle, for variance from <br />the ordinance and permission to build 5 ft. closer to the side and <br />front yard lines than stipulated ;n the ordinance on the S. 5. 89 ft. of <br />Lot 3 and all of Lot j 4 thru`1 , Blk.
