WASHINGTON <br />98201 <br />INSPECTION DEPARTMENT <br />I was called to the Virginia Manor Nursing Home to make an Electrical <br />Inspection on a drat or w is was no cted properly on the <br />control circuit. The fan is supposed to be connected so that the <br />boilers cannot light unless the fan is running. <br />We had no electrical permit issued for this job nor do we 'lave any <br />inspection requests. Mr. Caldwell stated he was working At the <br />Nursing Home at the time of the installation and stated that B Electric <br />not only made the installation, but has done other work there period- <br />ically. We do not have any permits from your company for work at this <br />address. <br />It also has come to my attention that you installed and wired some <br />flood lights at 2102 Broad�wa Ar Rons Service Center Used Cars. Mr. <br />Bellis said the worr';;s— done around the first of the year, either in <br />December or. January. <br />I also made a recent inspection for Mrs. Abbey at 4966 Vesper Drive. <br />I noticed there was a relatively new Bryant panel installed. I asked' <br />Mrs. Abbey who made the panel change and she stated the work was done <br />by "B" Electric but couldn't remember the exact time. She thought it <br />to have been within the last eighteen months. Our records do not show <br />any electrical permits since the house was built. <br />Would you please check your records on these installations and take out <br />the necessary permits? <br />Respectfully <br />L.
