This is in violadon pursuant to the <br />Uniform Building Code and considered d�ngerous pursuant to the Uniform Code for <br />the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. <br />Your immediate attention is required in correcting these condi;�nns. Please advise this <br />office within ten (10) days of your receipt of this letter with a plan of action to correct <br />these conditions. You may call me at 259-8810 to answer any questions you may have <br />conceming this matter. <br />The original building permit is no ]onger valid since the work has been abandoned for <br />more than 180 days.
