C:nfiH;fTi(;TO^I <br />Iou �vill recall that on October 25, Harold Patchett from First United Methodist <br />Church, 36th & Colby, came to Council to request permission to use a part of <br />city right-of-�vay in their new parking facility. That permissian was granted. <br />However, there was considerable discussion about the amount the Church would <br />be charged for that use, and the term of lease or agreement. As I recall, the <br />City usually charges 15� per square foot, annually, for use of public right of way <br />by a private interest. We came to no ur.derstanding _ or agreement - that night, <br />and agreed to postpone the discession to the night of Nc,vember 8. <br />tiVill you please have whatever information �ve need to make a decision available <br />to us for that meeting?
