Such structure <br />shall conform to plars approved by thc City Fngincer and ihe owners shall be <br />responsible for the safe cr�ndition thereof." <br />Fur[her guidetines are provided under thc L-AIC Titic 13 The various chaptcrs under title <br />13 address thc use and maintenance of side�valks and Pubtic R-O-1V. The variance requested zrises from peculiar physiral conditions not ordinarily <br />esistint� in similar districts in thc City or is duc to the nature of the <br />business or operation upon the applicant's property; <br />E�. 'I'hat the variance requested is not against the public inferest, particularly <br />safety, comenience and gencrai welfare; <br />C. 7'hat the granting of thc permit for the variance will not adverscly affect <br />thc rights of thc adjacent property o�vners or tenants; <br />D.
