Based upon four rooms, a minin.am of <br />four spaces is required for the proposal. <br />A permit for the above described chanee ef use is hereby cranted with the followine conditions <br />[hat must be met prior to use of the buildina as a roomine house: <br />t. Park:ng area must be per City Zoning Code and City Desien and Construction Standards <br />and must be paved. <br />�. <br />3. <br />4. <br />� <br />Compliance with fire code reeulations is required prior to use of the structure as a <br />rooming house. <br />A building permit is required for the change of use. <br />A meter nust be installed on the water service for this property. P.Itcrnauvely a hold harmless for <br />sewer service may be executed and recorded agamst the property provided that the <br />existing sewer service is in good repair. <br />Garbage receptacles must be provided in accordance with Section 39.Q80 of the Zoning <br />Code.
