The <br />applicant is not the owner, he is an electrical contractc r that says he has been hired by the new owner "(ti•ho is now in <br />Iran) " <br />1. I am reluctant to issue a permit at this address due to the history and legal actions taken by you to sewre the <br />property. ( without your input) <br />2. Perha�s you could give me a brief summary of how you think this should be handled. <br />3.
