Subject building is off of the alley (two car garage). Alley gate is posted "no <br />lrespassing". Tenanl was coming out of the garaye when we arrived and gave consent to show us the <br />garage. He is currently renting the garage and cleaning il up in exchange for rent. No current work <br />that requries construction permits was evident so no stop work order was posted. Garage has been <br />converted inlo living space in the pasl withoul permits howeve� lo inc!ude wood stove, kitchen, hol <br />water heater, non-operetional bathroom, electrical wiring (2008 date stamp on exposed wiring), walls, <br />elc. Room included bed where tenant is currenlly sleeping. Several housing code violations lo include <br />change of use without permits.
