It <br />has a Comprehensive Plan designation of Multipi.e Family with allowances <br />of 25 to 50 dwelling units per. acre. 'I4�e <br />�exett Planning Deparbnent has determined that L-he proposed facil�ty <br />is �i curmnunity service facility. In order foc a Special Property Use <br />Perrt;it to be granted, the criteria of II�C 19.58.O10.B. (1-31 mu�t ue <br />satisfied. 'Ihat criteria include: <br />A. The proaos�d �se must be reasonably comp3tible w.ith other uses <br />and potential uses within the general area in which the use is <br />proposed to be located; <br />L:r <br />L <br />'Ihe use must not have a serious adverse effect on the ecology <br />and/or environment of the cortuminity; and, <br />�ltie use must serve the public co�veniene� and necessity. <br />(administrative finding) <br />6. 'Ihere are <br />five units within the multiple family crortr�lex and a tutal of thirteen <br />bedrooms. If the Applicar.t's proposal is developed, thirteen residents <br />will live on-site.
