Here is a summary of my findings. <br />Responding to a complaint on 5/24/2013 it was determined that an unlaw(ul ba5ement apartmen[ had been created <br />without permits in addition, other alterations and violations were observed a: this property. An Unlawful Structure <br />placard was posted on the buiiding. 7he records for this activity can be accessed under CRW t! W1305-01 �. <br />Electrical and construction permits were oCtained to correct the vio�ations. Permit ps CW1307•001 and ti [1305 <br />107. These permits were issued final inspection approval on 8/9/2013. <br />This department received another complaini on 10/31/13 about construction activity at this address in the same <br />basement area. It was observed that electrical work and construction work was taking place without required permits <br />and approvzis. A stop work order was posted on that same day. <br />Permits for this work were issued on 10/31/2013. The neighbors are upset about the constant attivity. It is <br />very difficult for me to prove overcrowding. The tiry made Mc Singh de-tonstruct the basement unit in 2013. The <br />kitchen, added bathroorn and other conslruction was removed from the basement.
