This is the sam> area of the <br />building that had violations and en(orcement actions in May of this year. <br />?he o�vner has subsequently applicd for and been issued permits for the new mnstruction work. (aker the stop work <br />order) however he is now having diffialty getting the work to pass inspection. <br />Thls new activity makes Mr. Singh a repeat violator. I would appreciate you looking inte this matter for enforcement <br />action. You may determine that the new activity is actually two separate violations, onu for the electrical �.vork without <br />permits and one separate violation for the new construction activity. <br />Thank you. <br />Ted Budden <br />
