Hager, Manager <br />Dear Sir: <br />This is to inform you that your application, Permit 411711, to construct <br />P. C. concrete curbs, gutters, and sidewalke and to rebuild curb returns <br />on the southwest corner of Colby Avenue and 39th Street, as shown on <br />sketch, has been approved by the City Council. A copy of the sketch, <br />showing the approved work, is enclosed. All work must conform to this <br />sketch. <br />We are also enclosing a copy of our rules and regulations governing <br />work on City streets. Please notify us when you start this work, as <br />we must inspect the work before concrete is poured. <br />This permit is valid for a period of 60 days.
