BRUST <br />PLAZA 41/SUITE 103 <br />1701-415T STREET, EVERETT, WA 96201 <br />TELEPHONE 1206) 259.6622 <br />August 27, 1986 <br />Mr. Larry Callaghan <br />Building Inspection Department <br />City of Everett <br />City Hall <br />Everett, Wa. 98201 <br />Re: 4117 Hoyt Avenue <br />Dear Mr. Callaghan: <br />In November of 1985 I purchased the abode property thru Mr. Ed Martin of <br />Ed Martin Realty who also acted as my rental agent. <br />Mr. Martin passed away the last of July. <br />On August 7, 1986 I received notice from the renter (who was unable to contact <br />Mr. Martin) they would vacant the premises August 31, 1986 (i❑ a few days). <br />Since the property is business zoned, I have started making plans to remodel <br />the premises so that it might be adaptable to either residental or business. <br />However, workmen today reported to me there could be serious defects (never <br />disclosed to me) and advised I should have the City make both electrical and <br />plumbing inspections for code compliance as well as compliance with the City's <br />j Occupancy Ordinance. <br />Therefore, I enclose my check for $25.00 for an inspection of the premises <br />and if you will call me at the above number, I will make arrangments to meet <br />with the City's inspector on the premises --bearing in mind the premises is <br />not handicap accessable for me. <br />Yours truly, <br />Wm.'P.
