Performance guarantees are requ3.red for alley pauing and sidewalk <br />construction (including landscaping). <br />4. A one year guarantee is required on the public improvements (ac.d site <br />landscaping� if applicable) for an amount not less than 10x of the cost <br />of constructior, and shall rnn for or.e year from the date of final <br />iasuance of the first Occupancy Permit for the project. <br />5. Destlnation of any fill taken off site xill require a permit. <br />
