r� � <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />FINDINGS� CONCLUSZONS AND ORDER <br />(Variance �24-85) <br />Based upon the written request for a variance from the City'z zoning <br />code, specifically 19•42.040, made by Family InvFstment Ce., at 4202 Hoyt, <br />hereinafter referred to "Applicant" the Haard of Adjustment, following a <br />public hearing on said applicatlon held on Nov. 4, 1985, and further having <br />reviewed all testimony� makes the i'ollowing Findings� Gonclusions� and Order. <br />FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS: <br />1. Tt.at there have been exceptional or extraordinary circumstances o� <br />conditions applying to the subject property or as to the intended us� <br />thereof that do not apply generally to other properties in the sam� <br />vicinity or zone. <br />Finding: The lot is a 50� x 128' corner lot, located in the R-� <br />zone. The applicant is proposing to remodel the house with an additio� <br />that would be 7' from side property line, 42nd Street has 60' 01 <br />right-of-way. <br />Conclusion: The variance would have no effect on Hoyt Street. <br />2.
