f� <br />l <br />3. <br />4. <br />3 <br />IT7FOI2MATZON FOR DEVELOPER: <br />Any grading/fill on this site �;hall be done so as to not impact <br />the s�.rrounding properties. <br />(i) The City of Everett prohibits outdoor burning; therefore, <br />outdoor burning for the purpose of dis;.�osing of construction <br />debris or rubbish will not be permitted. <br />(ii) Fire hydrants and access roads must be in service prior to <br />commenc;ement of construction and fire saf.ety practices <br />dur.ing construction must be in compliance with Article 8? of <br />the Uniform Buildinq Code. <br />(iii) Construction activities to be in compliance with L'niform <br />Fire Code, 1985 F.dition, Article S7, "Fire Safety During <br />Construction." <br />(iv) Apartment premises must be identified at street entry, and <br />each building and apartment is to be clearly identified so <br />as to be visible and legible from the access roads. <br />(v) Fire lanes must be provided as iequired in Everett Municipal <br />Code 4.6.44. Red painted curbs with white stenciling of the <br />words "NO YARKING - FIRE LANE" and vertical signs statinq <br />"NO PARKING - FIRE LANE - VIOLATORS MAY BE TOWED" to be <br />located as apprcved by the Fire Marshal. <br />(vi) Sprinkler and alarm systems are not required by code hut <br />are highly recommended by the city's Fire Service. 3uch <br />systems could be incorporate into a combined Fir.e and <br />Secw-ity Alarm systems. <br />Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the <br />City Public Works Tnspector. <br />City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris <br />at all timas during construction. Dust supFression and street <br />cleaning must occur as directed by the Publi.c Works Inspector. <br />Performanr_e guar.antees o�e required for the curb, gutter an3 <br />sidewalk. <br />4. A one-year guarantee is required on the public treet, utility <br />and site landscaping for an amount not less ti7an ].0$ of the cost <br />of construction and shall run for one year from the date of <br />issuance of the first Occupancy Permit for the project. <br />�.
