It is an attractive nuisance to inquisitive minors and being used <br />by transients. These conditions may be considered sufficient to declare the building to <br />be substandard and/or dangerous as defined in the Uniform Housing Code. <br />Since the building is uninhabitable in its present condition, it shall remain vacant until <br />such time as the building is repaired in accordance with the current Building, <br />Electricia, Plumbing and Mechanical Codes. <br />Your immediate attention is necessary to remedy these conditions.
