Permit 01678, to build a <br />car port over the exiting 8" sewer line, as shown on sketch, has been <br />approved by the City Council. A copy of the sketch, showing the approved <br />work, is enclosed, All work must conform to this sketch. <br />We are also enclosing a copy of our rules and regulations governing <br />work on City streets. Please notify us when you start this work, so <br />an inspection car be made. <br />This permit is valid for a period of 60 days.
