Request aaiver of the six foot sida setback req�irement for a <br />garage to be built on the back corner of our lot, Request one <br />anZ a half foot side setbaek from adjacent neighbor�s property. <br />1. Zero to three foet is a common side setbaek iu this <br />neighborhood for garages at the back of properties. <br />2. Our lot is 50' wide and a double aar garage hith the full <br />six foot setback would extend over half of the back yard. <br />Most neighbors have luss than six foot side setback for <br />a.11ey access garages. <br />3. The neighbor on that side has a carport and storage shed <br />immediately adjacent to where the garage will be lonated. <br />Their storage shed extends four feet further forward (to;rard <br />the house) than our proposed garage would. <br />4. The granting of this variance will in no way affect the <br />comprehensive plan. <br />
