These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the (2009 International Building Code,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. 1. Provide 3 copies of the site plan per the enclosed Ciry of Everett Residential Submittal Checklist. 2. Retaining walls are required to be designed by a licensed WA state structural engineer. Provide 2 copies of wet stampeci design prepared by a licensed WA state structural engineer. Upon resubmittal of the drawings, your application will be given priority and plan review will recommence. All required submittals shall be of sufficient detail and contain su�cient information to ensure that the proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes.
