The property is locaicci <br /> within the Ciry of Everett. There is a home, outbuilding, and gravel driveway in tne southeast <br /> half of the parcel. The property is bordered by a vacant lot to the soulhwest, and residen!i<�I <br /> properties and roads surround the olher properry bcundar�es. <br /> One wetland was found: <br /> . Wetland A—Category 3 with a 50' standard buffer. VJetland A is a non-ri�arian wetland <br />`, with both forest and shrub communities. The onsite wetland area measures approximately <br /> 0.2 acres. The wetland continues oKsite to the north, and the entire wetland area is <br />� approximately 0.4 acres. It is located in the northwest portion of the parcel. The soils were <br /> inundated throughout most of the wetland on February 10, 2006 when fieldwork was <br />� conducted. Wetland soils exhibited a chroma ranging from 1 to 2 and a notable sulfidic <br /> ocior. Dominant vegetation observed within the delineated wetland included creeping <br /> buttercup, Himalayan blackberry, salmonberry, and red aldec The wetland boundary was <br /> marked with pink flagging tape labeled A1-A23. Data points SL1 and SL2 were marked ' <br /> � with white and red polka dot flagging tape. <br /> No jurisdictional streams were observed on the subject properry. <br /> All wetland and stream determinations, delineations, and buffer widths should be considered <br /> subjecl to change until reviewed and approved by the appropriate regulatory agencies with <br /> jurisdiction.
