Bottom of stairway is cluttered with roofing material, <br />discarded carpets and cable wires, making the pathway <br />dangerous. <br />f� <br />2. There is no handrail or guardrail on the <br />steps. <br />3. The electrical system has been added on <br />to without <br />the <br />. <br />issuance of required permits and was never inspected <br />by <br />the City Electrical Inspector. Spliced <br />wires are <br />not <br />secured in protective junction boxes. <br />--. -- -- <br />4. The is water lying on the floor due to a <br />leak in one <br />of <br />the hot water tanks. The safety valve <br />on one hot water <br />tank is not properly vented. <br />S. There is a vent pipe protruding from the chimney which <br />ends in the basement approximately three feet from the <br />chimney. <br />6. Wood foundation supports are in contact with the earth, <br />rotted and deteriorated and are not properly supported <br />A to beams which they are supporting. <br />or. Some foundation supports are illegal such as stacked <br />cement blocks; posts setting on cement blocks. <br />n <br />
