Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction <br />Standards shall to sutmitted to the Public (Yorks Department showing site <br />parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary <br />construction erosion control, and all required improvements in the public <br />right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is <br />required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be <br />completed, approved, and warranted before the Occupancy Permit is issued. <br />2. The alley along this property's adjoining let line must be paved per City <br />Standard #303. <br />3. A catch tasin must be installed in the alley to collect rainwater runoff <br />created by new paving. <br />4. Sidewalk along the Hoyt Avenue and 21st Street frontages must be replaced. <br />5.
