The roof is rotted and deteriorated. <br />2. Wood skirting is in contact with the earth and is <br />rotted. <br />3. Wood foundation supports are in contact with the earth <br />and are rotted. <br />4. Ivy is crowing out the side of the house where a garage <br />door once was on the west side of the house. <br />5. Vent fan on the south side of the house is inoperable. <br />6. The crawl space of the house if full of debris and <br />stored home canned goods which are several years old. <br />7. Window on north side of house if broken. <br />
