The City of Everett Building Official has found the <br />t" <br />building which is located on the above described property to <br />[] <br />z y(n <br />be dangerous. The following deficiencies render the building <br />'30(n <br />dangerous pursuant to Secition 302 of the Uniform Code for <br />the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings: <br />1. The garage on the rear of the property being used <br />for habitable purposes is manifestly unsafe for the <br />I <br />purpose for which it is being used. <br />2. The garage exists and is maintained in violation <br />m s <br />of specific requirements as provided in the Uniform <br />Building Code, the Uniform Housing Code and the <br />City of Everett Zoning Code. <br />p <br />3. The garage is a public nuisance. <br />II. A building permit was issued for the alteration of the <br />garage for the purpose of a storage and shop building <br />pursuant to plans submitted. The garage has been converted to <br />r <br />t..� <br />habitable spaces for dwelling purposees in violation of the <br />Uniform Building Code. In accordande with Sec. 202 (e) of <br />tha Uniform Building Code, the use of the structure for <br />purposes of habitation shall be immediately discontinued in <br />Jzaccordance <br />with the provisions of this Order. <br />O. <br />III. Since the garage is presently being used in violation <br />of the Uniform Building Code and Uniform Code for the <br />Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, and the condition is <br />such to make it immediately dangerous to the life, <br />limb, property and safety of the public and its <br />occupants, it shall be vacated immediately and shall <br />remain vacant until such time as the garage meets the <br />requirements of the laws of the City of Everett. <br />IV. Any person having an}, record title or interest in the <br />building may appeal from this Notice and Order to the <br />Housing Advisory and Appeals Board. Such appeal must be <br />in writing as is required by the Uniform Code for the <br />
