Ibberson Drive esceeds the forty-two (42) inches maximum hei.;ht regulation. <br /> This violates Section 39.070 of the Everett Zoning Ordinance, which states: <br /> "A. Height. <br /> 1. Escept as provided i.n Subsection 2 of this paragrzph, fen�es <br /> in residenti.al zones and fences locsted on the coamon <br /> abutting property line in non-residential :,ones whi.ch <br /> immediately abut re�idenCial zones shall not excned sis (6) <br /> feet in height. Within the required front yard setback <br /> areas, the maaimum height shall not exceed `_orty-two <br /> inches. Fence height shall be measured as the distance <br /> above tae adjoining grade on the higher side of the fence." <br /> We aslc tFat you remove the illegal portion of the fence bv no later than <br /> July 16, 1990 in ordet to comply with this regulation. Failure to do so will <br /> subject you to the Penalties for Violation and a fine not to exceed $1,000.00 <br /> per day. <br /> It has also been noted that the fence has been integrated with and constructed <br /> to the City's traffic harrier.
