Construction of a dock, designed for pleasure craft <br /> only, for the private noncommercial use of the owners, <br /> lessee or contract purchaser of a sinqle-family <br /> residence, the cost or i'air market value of which, <br /> whichever is lower, does not exceed two thousand five <br /> hundred dollars. <br /> Based upon our observations and �stimation of the �osts to <br /> construct this dock structure would be in this value range and <br /> may be subject to a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit. <br /> To correct this violation, please obtain a Building Permi.t for <br /> this new dock structure and a Shoreline Permit if necesssry, <br /> and please remove all junk, trash, discarded lumber, construction <br /> debris, discarded furniture, discarded tires, vehicle parts and <br /> other similar materials from the rear yard of this property on or <br /> before July 18 , 1994 . <br /> Failure to obtain the required permits and abate these nuisanc�s <br /> by the date specified above will lead to further enforcement <br /> which would include the City abating the nuisance by removal and <br /> disposal, and billing the costs to you.
