It appears that the <br /> structure dces not meet the five-foot side setback from the side property line and <br /> increases the amount of lat coverage over the maxunum amount allowed by the zoning <br /> code. ihe structure may remain at its present location if the roof is removed, the walls <br /> aze lowered to a maximum height cf six feet above existing gradz, and the deck�ng and <br /> hot tub is lowered to a maximum height of three feet above existing grade. Another <br /> op[ion in order to keep the roof on the structure, is to setback the structure five feet <br /> from the property line and show by survey that the amount of lot coverage does not <br /> exceed 35%. <br /> In addition, the attached fomi needs to be completed by a licensed surveyor. The <br /> finis�ed floor elevaticm needs to be determined.
