The new applicant, Chuck Webb, <br /> proposes t� replace some of the. existing wood pilings with 10" pipe pilings (see attached <br /> letter). We have requested that he oblains a IIPA. <br /> The attached copy �f the site p!an and elr.vation drawings show the remaining changes. The <br /> app�icant proposes to stay withm tl�e footprint of the existing house except for the following: <br /> Extend the garage along the nonconforming ihree foot side setback rowards the street by <br /> ��pproximately six feet. <br /> We have evaluated the revision per WAC t73-27-100 and have found it to be within the <br /> scope and intent of the original permit.
