The attaclied report presents our findings and recommendatious for the gcotechnical aspects of project design and conswction. i Our ticld e�ploration indicates the site is generally underlain by recently placed and compacted structural fill � composed of sand with silt and silty snnd �vith vaq�ing �mounts of gravel. AVe observed light groundwater secpage in ( of thc test pits excavated along the east end of the site at depths ranging from 0?� to 3.5 fcet belo�� � existing surface grades. In our opinion, die soil and ground�vater conditions are suitable Ccr the planned de��elopment.
