Additional structural requirements: <br /> , • All tanks shall meet structural requiremenis for overburden support. <br /> • All structural designs shall be stamped by a structural engineer licensed in the <br /> i State of Washington. <br /> i • Tanks shall be placed on native malerial with suilable bedding. <br /> • Tanks are not allowed in fill slopes unless analyzed in a geolechnical report for <br /> ( stability and construclion practices. <br /> IIn moderately pervious soils where seasonal grcund water may induce flotation, tank <br /> buoyancy tendencies shall oe balanced by ballasting wilh eilher backfill or concrele <br /> Ibackfill, providing concrete anchors, increasing lhe total weight, or by providing <br /> subsurface drains to permanently lower the groundwater table. Calculations must be <br /> sub�mitted which demonstrate siability. <br /> Drainage Facility Maintenance Requirements <br /> Mainlenance of drainage facilities associated witn commercial development is the <br /> responsibilily of the owner(s) ot the developmeni. <br /> Any standing water removed during maintenance operations must be disposed of <br /> preperly. Discharge to a sanilary sewer at an approved discharge localion may be an <br /> joption. The Ciry of Everetl must be contacled prior to any discharge. Residuals must be <br /> disposed in accordance with current Snohomish County Health Department and <br /> Idepartment oi Ecology requirements. <br /> Runof(conlrol facilities (including catr,h basins and any other associaled structures) shall <br /> be inspected at least annually. <br /> Any deterioration threalening lhe stur,tural integrity of the facili;ies shall be immediately <br /> repaired.
