Grantor shall at ail times conduct ils activides and all other activities conducted on Grantor's properry so as noc to interf�re �viU�, obstruct or endanger the useCulness of auy vnprovements, or other facilities, now on c�reafter maintained upon the easement, or in any way interfe�:e widi, obstruct or endanger the City's use of the easemenc. 2. Prior to any construction, work or any other xctivity by Grantor within the easement, notif"ica[ion and plans for the same shall Ue submitted in wridng to du City by Gxantor and no such construction, worl: or activity by Grantor shall be commenced withi�ut City's prior written agreement tliat the Gruuor's proposed construction, work or activity will not interfere wiLh flie City's easement grantcd herein; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, any changes or revisions in the plans shall also be suUject to City's prior agreement. 'Ttie City's reviaw of the Grantor's plans under dus easement shall not be dcemed to unpose any duty or olligation on the City to detenninc die adequacy or suf8cieucy of Grantor's plans and designs nor whether Grantor's construction, work or nctivity is in conformance with other applicable plans, codes and regulations. Further, agreement by tlie City to sucl� construction, work or activity shall no[ in any manner be considered as imposing any obligation, duty or liubility upon the City as to the safety or propriety of such consuuction, work or activity. 3. Grantor Liereby autl�orizes City to cut, trim and remove any and all brush, trees, uther vegetation or debris upon the easement and lhe right of access for suclt purposes. Grantor also authorizes the City to cut, trim and remove any and ail bn:sh, trees, other vegetation a��d debris on Grantor's property wUicU, in Uie City's reasonable judgment, constitutes a hazard to tlte easement and the right of access for such purposes. 2 ��ll
