This acmal sitc is wnsidered Building H of the proposed Seaway Center <br /> Lot 8 development and is located in the southwest comer o(the Seaway Center Lot 8 proposed <br /> development. This pmject site fronts on Hardeson 2oad and has driveway access to <br /> Hardeson Road as �.�ell. 'The I�roposal for this development is to construct one warehouse <br /> building with dock hieh loadin�, drive aisles, parking, and storm drainage facilities, incluc±ing <br /> collection and convcyance. The developcd site will be mosUy impervious surface; however the <br /> meQiod of detaining an�l ireating stormwater rur,off will be to route all runoff from the site into a <br /> conveyance system which ultimalely drains inro a weddetention pond located in the northwest <br /> corner o( the Seaway Center Lot 8 development which has previously been submitted for the <br /> entire �levelopment. Alsc snbmitted under separate cover are the conveyance calculations. The <br /> conveyance calcul.,�ions for Qhe entire which were size based on Santa Barbara Urban <br /> 3:'ydrograph (SIIUIij :vlethodology, ��'.iich is allo�eed to be used for areas ov�r 10 acres in size <br /> since the sitc draining to the pond is approximatcly 25.77 acres in size. The remainder of the site <br /> rc�o(n�noff will be routed tn infiltration trenches.
