( 3.0 OFF-SITE ANALYSIS
1
Based on ropodraphic feawres surrounding the si1c, dere is no upstream basin conlributing runoff
to the proposed Building H development. Hardeson Road exists along the westem (rontage ot the
site, which has its own pipe conveyance and collection system. The existing dr,velopment to the
south drains away (rom the site as well. The ultimate discharge point of runoff from this :ite is
into the wet detention pond located on the southeast corner of Hardeson Road and
Merrill Creek Parkway. This pond discharges to the north undemeath Merrill Creek Parkway,
and ahnost immediately runoff enters Merrill and Ring Creek which flows in a northcrly direction
and within a mile or two enters Puget Sound. The City of Everett is well aware of the
downstream drainage course nraining from the subject property.

ioao.00z.aoc pvny]
