Prospective <br /> tenants exist, but the exact requirements, layout, size, etc. are not yet established. With <br /> this as a pren:quisite I offer the following comments and revisions in answering your pian <br /> check comments dated September 4, 2002. Attached you will find sheets A2.1 and A3. <br /> 1. With a 24 foot clear height, the building does have potential high pile storage use. <br /> We do show skylight smoke-vents at a ratio of 1/100 in the areas suspected to be <br /> high pile use. We do not show curtain boards at this time as post construction <br /> installation erection is easy and the locations of full height tenant and office walls <br /> will affect there locations. We revised door 119 (truck door) to indicate the <br /> potentiat storefront condition with door 2nd prefab ste�s to grade for Fire <br /> Department access when and if the building does become high �.�ile storage. <br /> 2. Storefront doors have been added in both tenant space A and C:. These may be <br /> required to be relocated as tenant plans developed. We know thay will be required <br /> so we show thern now. <br /> 3. The eievator pits would be shown at this time if we knew ±;ie size and location. <br /> When tenant plans become further developed and the requirements dictate an <br /> elevator is required, the pits will be added to this shell plan. We all hope this <br /> occurs before the floor is poured. <br /> I trust these comments and revisions take care of your concerns.
