We anucipato ihe buildin9s will be of concrete masonry units <br /> (CMUI and/or concrete iilt•up panel construction. [3ased on the plans provided by ihe <br /> clicnt, the buildings will be g�nernlly two stories in heighl. At the time our study was <br /> per(ormed, tho site nnd our exp!oramry locations werc approximately 2, shown on lhe <br /> f3orinp Location Plan, Plate 2. <br /> E�isod on our experionce with similor projr.cts, v✓e anticipate wall loads will be in ihe <br /> rmiyu of four (4) to six 1�) kips per lineal foo�, column loads in Ihe ronAe Of eighty (80) <br /> �� to one hundred titty (150) kips, ond slab-on-grade floor loads of two hundred tifty <br /> � (250) pounds per square foot. <br /> '� l h� p�oposed 6uildinc�s will 6e constructed at or ncar c�xistinr� ,itc grades.
