Lnitial assumption is 11.59 equivalenu (see attachment). . Flow MonitorinR: The State is required to provide a means, satisfactory to the City, to monitor and record or tota3ize flow ttvough and/or u5e of the recTeational vehicle dump • station, to allow continual updating of the flow equivalenu to be �ued in determining monthly charges. Attached is the detailed estimate of costs for both the initial connection fee and the on-going monthly service charge which will, of course, not remain constant. Please be aware that since this is a new connection on State property to your existing on- site sewer line, the City will not perform any work relative to the new side sewer installation. The connection charge is a charge to cover interceptor, pump station, and treatment plant capacity improvemmu necessitated by inereased flows.
