Apparently there was an old house on the <br /> lot that had to be torn down. Afier it was town down, Jirn Londo leveled off tt�e <br /> ground and pushed the debris aver a bankment (the debris consisted of concrete <br /> block, an oil tank, pipes and wood). 1-hen he built the ne�+ home. When he staried <br /> to landscape the yard, he put a taro over the �ebris on the bankment and co�ered it <br /> up �vith beauty bark. f�ow aite� ihe rain, tl�e debris is sticl:ing up througl� the tarp <br /> � and the 6eauty_bark has washed away. He called the Health Qepariment, Street. <br /> IDepartment, Fire Marshal and the Engineering Department two weel:s ago, Lui <br /> nothing has been resolved.
