<br /> was buiit by 71m Londo at 22C2 7aciciun. Apparently there was an oid 'nouse on the
<br /> � lot ihat had to De torn down. Aiter it was town down, Jim Londo leveled off thc
<br /> , graund and pushed the debris ovp' a Uankment (the debris consisted of wncrete
<br /> block, an oil tank, pipes and wood). Then he built the new home. Nhcn he started
<br /> �� to landscape the yard, he put a tarp over the debris on the bankment and covered it
<br /> up with beauty buk. Now aiter the rain, the deGt is is sticking up through the tarp
<br /> '��, and the bcauty bark has washed away. He called the Hcalch Depaetment, S�:rcct
<br /> � Oepartmcnt, Pirc ��ursiial and the Engineering Departmcnt two weeks ago, hut
