Permits were issued for this work but the final approvals were not requested and attempts to <br /> contact the owner to do this were left unanswered. <br /> The property has a detached garage that now has been cor�verted to living space without the required permits and <br /> approvals. <br /> The initial permit tfiat was issued in 2008 for the main house spec;�ically stated that the detached garage must not be <br /> used as an accessory dwelling and that the kitchen tfiat was observed at that time be removed. <br /> The current owner appears to bd the same individual that was named on the original permit. <br /> This property requires your expertise in terms of enforcement action.
