The uncompleted permit (HC0711-034)dearly stated that the" detached garage must not be used as an <br /> accessory dwelling unit or living spa�e". I spoke with Teresa Firnstahl in the planning deparUnent and she <br /> informed me thai this conversien activity and occupancy is a violation of Title 19 of the Everett municipal code <br /> specifically V�_MC 19.7.02015. and FMC 19J.0.'_OJ.2(c). I could see a full kitchen in the upper garage and the tenant said he had <br /> been renting there for approx 2 years. <br /> I read your Inspection Notes but I also saw what looks to me like a permit application the following day on Nov 14`h. Can <br /> you give me a call sometime or let me know when it would be best to call you?
