' <br /> The other electrical box consists of circuit breakers indicating a newer , <br /> service. I find no permits issued for this electrir_al service. <br /> The entire electrical system requires the expertise of a licensed <br /> electrician. Any work performed on the electrical system shall require <br /> permits 2nd ensuing inspections.
