ORDINANCE NO.. y5`'- ,S_^ • <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning ldap <br /> of the City of Everett as provided by <br /> [verett Muncipal Code, Tit!e 19, Or�;. <br /> No. 3572, as amended, to encompass an <br /> area northwest uf Kasch Park, south of <br /> Casino Road and east of Airport Road <br /> WHEREAS, on April 26, 1983, the City of Everett Planning Gommission held z <br /> public hearing regarding the establishment of the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning <br /> 8esignation for the hereinafter described pr perty proposed for annexation to the <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS, at �two public hearings on ,'riay �a� 1983, and June 2z� 1983, as <br /> required by R.C.W. 35.13.178, the City Council reviewed the recommendatiors of <br /> the Planning Commission, and determined that the Comprehensive Plan designatiqn <br /> for said property shall be Planned Industrial District, and <br /> WHERE.�S, the City Council of Everett, after reviewing the <br /> recommendations of the Planning Commission has deter;nined that said property <br /> shall be zoned �1-.b1, \ledium ��lanufacturing with contract. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Gverett does ordain: <br /> ' Section 1: That the City Council of Everett does hereby find that the zuning <br /> designation hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City <br /> of Everett and meets the purpose of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Section 2: That the praposed zoning designation is based on the property <br /> owner executing the attached concomitant agreement to the <br /> zoning designation. <br /> Jection 3: That the Zoning �1ap of the City of Eveeett, as established by <br /> Everett �tunicipal Cede, Title 19, (Ord.
