The Administration and Operation Buildings are fairly straight fon;ard, <br /> the design complies with the fire and exit requirements of the building <br /> co3e. <br /> 2. Fzch of the key areas in the hfaintena�ice Building were discussed for <br /> possible storage and usage of hazerdous materials. The design meets the <br /> exit and fire code requirements. The flooi areas are a1loHable with <br /> sprin}1er system. <br /> 3. The Paint Storage and Paint Clean-up rooms shall have a four-inch (4") <br /> depressed floor or curb at the doorways connecting to the main structure. <br /> 4. The Tire Shop shall indicate type of storage racks for maximinn height <br /> allokance by the Uniform Fire Code. <br /> 5. The project shall comply kith the 1979 UBC for Building plan, 1981 h'EC <br /> for electrical, 1979 Uniform Flumbing Code for mechanical elements and the <br /> current state code on energy requirements. <br /> 6. Permit and Plan Check Fee shall be based on the UBC formula. Electrical <br /> permit to be obtained by electrical subcontractor and the fee is $70- <br /> plus 0.5� of th_ Uid of all electrical work. <br /> 7. Por permit application, submit the completed architect�sal, strt�tisal, <br /> mechanical and electrical drawings and calculations to the Building <br /> Depar�ent. All civil and utilities design submit to the Department of <br /> Public R'orks. SEPA, zoning, landscape �.nd parking layout shall be <br /> approved by the Planning Department.
