I am sending these to}•ou in advance along with this
letter to confirm that we have addressed the stormwater conditions for the project,
consistent with the City's requirements and our earlier telephone cmiversations.
' The proposed project is part of the pliased development of tl.e site in accordance with the
re«sed Mitigated Determination of NomSignificance for SPA#G-83 (dated July 21, 1993)
and the P'indings and llecision of the Hearing Examiner ior the approval oF the amendment
to Concomitant Agreemer.t#953-83 (Rezone#i•83; dated SeptemUer 19, 1993). The
stornnvater detention and waker quality treatment facilities for tne site vere designed by
;Reid Middleton and installed under an earlier project. These facilities were intended to be
designed with a capacity for the ultimate buildut condition approved in the SEPA and
Caicomitant Agreement.
The detention vault, flow control structure, and bio6ltration system were desigred for a
developed site conclitioa with a total impervious area of 13.1 acres, an increase of 5.0 acres, I
according to Reid Middleton's final storinvater calulations (File#21-93-011-002-02,
ugust 24, 1993). The proposed project, as shown in the enclosed plans, results iu a total
imper, rious area of 12.2 acres, including buIlcling roof areas. This is much less than the
sign value of 13.1 acres. Also, the piroposed improvements reduce the total paved surface
ea subject to vehicular use by approximately 9i5 square feet (OA2 acres). For this
ason, the stormwater improvements proposed are limited to collection and conveyance.
     d n R
AHGHITECiUHE
.WaY SUIC 1 N 7199 ENGINEEHIHG
.shingn 98033•6021 i.nnoscare
16 AFCMITECTUHE '
CI'fY OF EVERETT "`°""'"`
-957T SURVEYING d
m - Permit Services
MAPPING
URBAN OESIGN
bl I'
