Per the <br /> MDNS, the traffic mitigation fez is in lieu of performing a traffic study. <br /> With this $46,400 payment and the required street frontage improvements completed for <br /> the site, Community Transit has worked successfully with the City of Everett to fulfill all <br /> our obligations for anticipated traffic impacts for full build out and to secure all fulure <br /> development rights defined in the amended concomitant agreement. <br /> It has been a pleasure working with you.
