CT has a copy of the SL'PA decision and is working with our Purchasing and Pinanr,c <br /> Department to confirm the status of the mitigation fee payment Resolving the issue witl require <br /> approximately hvo wecks sincc many of thc necessary records have been archived. CT docs not <br /> present that���e have paid or nat paid the mitigation fec or that it is owed or not owed. CT is <br /> intcrested in resolving lhis matter as soon as possiUle. <br /> CT requests the City of Gvcrctt postpone(transfer) thc collection of Qic Kasch Park Expansion <br /> Project traffic mitigation fee from!he silc development permit to the building pertnit.
