The <br /> additional time will also allow Community Transit to process the request for payment. <br /> Based on rec�nt discussions with Faheem Siddiq, Senior Planner, and Wayne Wentz, <br /> Traffic Engineer, Community Transit understands that paying tlie traCfic mitigation fee is <br /> in our own best interest to clearly secure future developmeut rights established �n the <br /> 1992 Master Plai�. <br /> Communit7�Transit currenUy has Rcid Middleto�i�vorking wilh us to help resolve all <br /> traffic mitigation qucstions for the site.
