Houses heated by electric resistance and using Chapter 6 of the Energy Code (Option 5) are <br /> required to insulate floors over a crawl space to minimum R-30. Two by six framing members <br /> do not provide sufficient depth to install R-30 insulation. Si�ow on plans how floor will be <br /> insulateci to minimum R-30. <br /> 4. Plans do not show reinforcing steel in foundation. Yrovide detail of footing showing steel and <br /> minimum depth of footing below the finished grade. <br /> 5.
